I work with clients and technical teams to define what needs to be built, make it tangible with AI-assisted demos, and turn feedback into requirements a team can deliver. Based in Doha, I bring together client conversations, product decisions and delivery coordination.

People. Product. Clarity.
An idea gets more interesting when someone can see it, question it and help shape it. That's the part of the work I enjoy: taking a conversation and making it concrete enough for the next decision.
My engineering background helps me understand the technical possibilities. My day-to-day work is about people, product decisions and clarity: what are we solving, how should it work, and what does the team need to move forward? AI tools are part of how I explore those questions and make the answers tangible.
Working together
You have a product idea that needs definition.
I turn the concept into user flows, a demo and an agreed scope you can react to.
You deliver software or AI solutions to clients.
I connect discovery, demos and requirements with your delivery team.
Your organisation wants to put AI to work.
I shape the use cases, demonstrate the workflows and coordinate adoption.
What I bring to all three
One shared direction for the people making decisions and the team delivering the work.
How I work
Understand the client's concept, the users, the problem and the constraints.
Build a working demo of the proposed experience with AI tools.
Walk stakeholders through it, capture changes and agree the decisions.
Turn the decisions into the SOW, SRS and supporting documentation.
Keep the client and the technical team connected as the work develops.

AI Product Owner · September 2025–present
At Sinwan I lead six enterprise-scale AI projects for Qatar's Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, the latest being Mushaf Qatar, and I own the product side of each one: stakeholder discussions, requirements, presentations and demos, and the follow-through into delivery. I also work on AI adoption and training initiatives and coordinate with Google teams on platform capabilities and project needs.

Mushaf Qatar
Launched by Qatar's Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs
Mushaf Qatar is now public.
A recent milestone in my work: the updated Mushaf Qatar application, launched by Qatar's Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs and available on Google Play and the App Store. The application brings together Quran reading, listening, tafsir and memorization support.
I owned the new release as its product owner, from the first client conversation to the store launch.
A few things along the way

At Web Summit Qatar 2026, I presented a Google Cloud partner's AI media-creation solution at the Google Cloud stand. I demonstrated the product and explained its workflow to visitors.
Sharing the process
Catch-Up turns news from multiple sources into Arabic and English digests using Google ADK and Gemini. Its workflow gathers, processes and summarizes the news in one place.
I presented the project at GDG Doha's Built with AI — Community Showcase, at the Google Cloud Qatar Center of Excellence on 20 June 2026.

My graduation project · Ain Shams UniversityTEAN Mate is my graduation project at Ain Shams University: a browser extension that makes web content more accessible through speech, image descriptions and sign-language features. It was selected among the top 30 projects in a nationwide competition in Egypt.
Qatar ↔ Egypt
My path runs through school in Qatar and Computer Engineering at Ain Shams University in Egypt. That technical foundation helps me work through product questions with developers and understand the choices behind a proposed solution.

My engineering work covers machine learning, accessibility, mobile applications and distributed systems, and I know the purpose of the relevant Google Cloud and AI services well enough to scope solutions with technical teams. These are the languages, frameworks and platforms behind that work, with the concepts I have applied in real projects.

When a demo has to become something real, this is the stack I reach for. AI tools are part of how I work every day: agentic workflows, deliberate context engineering and human-in-the-loop review keep the output reliable and the documents accurate.
