AI Product Owner · Client discovery · Delivery coordination

I turn ideas into demos, clear scopes and a path to delivery.

I work with clients and technical teams to define what needs to be built, make it tangible with AI-assisted demos, and turn feedback into requirements a team can deliver. Based in Doha, I bring together client conversations, product decisions and delivery coordination.

People. Product. Clarity.

The part of the work I care about

An idea gets more interesting when someone can see it, question it and help shape it. That's the part of the work I enjoy: taking a conversation and making it concrete enough for the next decision.

My engineering background helps me understand the technical possibilities. My day-to-day work is about people, product decisions and clarity: what are we solving, how should it work, and what does the team need to move forward? AI tools are part of how I explore those questions and make the answers tangible.

Working together

Where I could fit in your team

  1. You have a product idea that needs definition.

    Founders & product teams

I turn the concept into user flows, a demo and an agreed scope you can react to.

  2. You deliver software or AI solutions to clients.

    Consultancies & solution providers

I connect discovery, demos and requirements with your delivery team.

  3. Your organisation wants to put AI to work.

    Enterprise & public sector

I shape the use cases, demonstrate the workflows and coordinate adoption.

What I bring to all three

  • Product thinkingFlows, priorities and decisions people can react to.
  • AI-assisted demosWorking prototypes instead of slides.
  • Clear requirementsSOW, SRS and briefs the delivery team can build from.

One shared direction for the people making decisions and the team delivering the work.

How I work

From a conversation to a working brief

  1. Discover

Understand the client's concept, the users, the problem and the constraints.

  2. Demo

Build a working demo of the proposed experience with AI tools.

  3. Refine

Walk stakeholders through it, capture changes and agree the decisions.

  4. Scope & SRS

Turn the decisions into the SOW, SRS and supporting documentation.

  5. Coordinate delivery

Keep the client and the technical team connected as the work develops.

What the team leaves with

  • A working demo
  • Decisions in writing
  • A clear delivery brief

Where I am now

My work at Sinwan

My employer · Doha, Qatar

Sinwan Business Solutions · Doha, Qatar

AI Product Owner · September 2025–present

At Sinwan I own the product side of AI projects for government clients, including Qatar's Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs: stakeholder discussions, requirements, presentations and demos, and the follow-through into delivery. I also work on AI adoption and training initiatives and coordinate with Google teams on platform capabilities and project needs.

What the role covers

  • Requirements — clarify the intended experience with clients and stakeholders and turn it into what the team builds.
  • Demos and proof of concept — prepare demos, presentations and proof-of-concept material that move discussions to decisions.
  • Scope and specification — write the scopes of work and software requirements that guide implementation.
  • Client and team coordination — keep clients and development teams aligned as requirements evolve.
  • AI adoption — support enterprise AI adoption and training, including Google Gemini Enterprise.
  • Google Cloud partnership — coordinate partnership activities and discussions about relevant services.

Catch-Up — sharing how I work with AI

Catch-Up turns news from multiple sources into Arabic and English digests using Google ADK and Gemini. Its workflow gathers, processes and summarizes the news in one place.

I presented the project at GDG Doha's Built with AI — Community Showcase, at the Google Cloud Qatar Center of Excellence on 20 June 2026.
